Champions League final will be streamed on YouTube

YouTube will be streaming the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League finals for free.

This will be the first time that a major sporting event will be streamed on the service. It has however broadcast sports like Powerlifting and EuroLeague Basketball in the past.

BT has streamed content online before, but not through a third-party platform. It had been rumoured that BT would share live coverage of the tournaments for free online. Football fans will be able to stream the matches from BT’s website as well as YouTube.
