VIDEO Trolls movie clip with Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake - it's pretty funny

So there's a new movie in the works based on those cute little Troll dolls which everyone had in the 90s, yes we know you did too.

That sounds like a pretty strange thing to be making a movie about and it's stranger still that the production is being revealed at Cannes with some singing from Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake.

That's right, this movie is also a musical - because people definitely watch those things. Anyway the first clip has been released and it actually seems pretty funny.

That's Kendrick and a surly Timberlake being mean to a cloud with legs. It's definitely aimed at a younger audience but there's nothing wrong with that.

The rest of the cast includes Gwen Stefani, James Corden, Russell Brand, Icona Pop, John Cleese and other music folk. Maybe it will end up being utterly awesome.

Trolls is in cinemas in October 2016.
