As you might expect these are all finely crafted beers and pleasingly they are bottle-conditioned.
This is a bottle- fermented Maibock — the strong bock lager brewed in Bavaria to herald the arrival of Spring — well suited to the recent mild Spring weather.
This has a rich red-gold colour, malt aromas with a touch of smoke, earthy and light honey character, and a crisp fresh finish with subtle hopping.
