OnePlus 3 could have a huge amount of RAM

OnePlus hasn't even announced their next handset yet, but the rumour mill is already churning out potential leaks.

The OnePlus 3 might have been spotted in benchmark tests that are being teased online. A handset called the OnePlus Rain Rain is in the testing phase, with a Snapdragon 820 processor and a massive 6 gigs of RAM.

Those specs together could well make it one of the fastest smartphones around when it is finally released to market. Other possible features include a 5 inch screen and up to 64 gigs of storage space, as well as a 16 megapixel back camera and 8MP selie sensor.
