On last night’s Nine O’Clock News, Martina Fitzgerald was reporting from outside Government building when she was interrupted yet again by a passer-by.

This woman was far more polite than that other pup, taking the chance to offer her insight into the on-going lack of a government:

"If voting changed anything, they’d make it illegal."

Martina handled it with her usual aplomb - sure, she’s well used to it by now - as did Eileen Dunne.

Maybe they should consider bouncers? Or alternatively setting aside a minute every night for a citizen to address the nation on a topic of their choosing.

Actually, that could be kinda risky.
