The Witcher 3's huge expansion release date leaked

The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt was our pick for the best game of 2015, and we've already had some extra time in the world of Geralt and gore with the Hearts of Stone DLC late last year.

The Witcher 3's huge expansion release date leaked

Developers CD Project RED have been promising another slice of extra gameplay in the form of Blood and Wine, which was said to contain at least 20 more hours of story and a whole new area to explore. So far they've been quiet on a potential release date, but a leak has started the rumourmill up.

A Polish gaming site listed the release of Blood and Wine as the 7th of June 2016, before quickly taking it down. Naturally the internet took notice and now we're hoping that it turns out to be true. CDPR always said that the game would release in the first half of the year and it has been many months since new content was added to Wild Hunt.
