Carrie Underwood sparkled in sheer gold at the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.

Selena Gomez looked cool in a tomato-red Thierry Mugler at the iHeartradio Awards in California. Silver Giuseppe Zanotti stilettos and a Jimmy Choo ‘Carmen’ clutch completed the look.

Taylor Swift vamped it up in a sequinned Saint Laurent jumpsuit and Giuseppe Zanotti booties at the same event. The singer accessorised with Vhernier clip-on earrings and a pavé ring by Melinda Maria.

Gemma Arterton was glamorous in deep purple at the Lawrence Olivier Awards in London. The sheer-panelled gown is by Jenny Packham and she paired it with diamond drop-earrings from de Grisogono.
