Tayto Cheese and Onion crisps were drawn in a group consisting of Chipsticks, Walkers Smoky Bacon and Space Raiders Pickled Onion crisps, with the top two crisps going on to the next round.
With voting open to the public, Tayto didn’t get off to a good start.

Chipsticks claimed pole position, but had Tayto done enough to catch Walkers? As voting closed Tayto had gone from 19% of the vote to to 26%, pulling level with Walkers, and forcing a tie break.

But sadly it wasn’t to be as Tayto suffered shootout heartache at the death, missing out by two per cent of the vote.
Tie-break time for group 4. A 10 minute shootout between the tied crisps. Most votes will qualify for the next round
