This guy's misjudged tweet about Brussels provoked a lot of mocking on Twitter

As Belgium deals with the aftermath of yesterday’s attacks, a guy on Twitter posted this baffling tweet describing how he had stopped a random Muslim woman in Croydon and asked her to ’explain Brussels’.

As you can imagine, the online reaction was swift, brutal and funny with hundreds of people taking him to task - so much so that Croydon is currently trending.

Confronted a rasta yesterday, asked them to explain who shot the sheriff. They said "I did". A Marley mouthed reply.

Doyle has since deleted the tweet but as we all know once you’ve put something on the internet, it’s there for ever. And he now seems to be insisting he was joking.
