VIDEO: Batman v Superman - Behind the Story

Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice is in cinemas next week, kicking the next superhero summer onslaught into high gear.

For some, it may seem strange that these two heroes are set to go toe to toe and quite naturally it's not that simple. In this new video, Ben Affleck (Batman), Henry Cavill (Superman) and Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor) talk about how it comes about, and set up the antagonism which will fuel the new blockbuster.

Lex is working behind the scenes to further the hatred between these two characters, something which was kicked off by the massive events at the end of Man of Steel. It's great to see that fallout being dealt with directly and to have our new Batman in Affleck being introduced in a kick ass way, while also avoiding having to see another origin story!

This film will also feature the first appearance of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, setting things up for her own standalone film and the future adventures in two Justice League features, which are also set to be directed by Zack Snyder. For now, it's time to prepare your brains for Batman v Superman!
