Watch how beauty in Ireland changed over 100 years
If you haven’t seen them, the videos look at how beauty and fashion are a reflection of what’s happening in the country at that time - and how things change.
They’ve covered countries like the US and Iran - and we must say, we were excited to see that it was Ireland’s turn.
The video starts off in the 1910s with a shot of the model wearing a suitably hat but as we enter the 1920s, the screen splits to show two different styles - one for Northern Ireland and one for the Republic.
Which is an interesting idea but we’re not sure about some of the looks that follow. Some are a bit glammer than the reality which is understandable but it’s the 1970s look that is attracting the most controversy.

Now, of course, they have to simplify things to fit into a quick video but, guns as fashion accessories? A risky choice.
What we can all agree on is that the eighties were kind to no one.
