Meet The Punisher in new Daredevil video

Marvel's Daredevil returns to Netflix on Friday the 18th of March and it looks like things are about to get a bit heavy for the blind lawyer from Hell's Kitchen.

Not only has he got the return of his ex girlfriend Elektra (Elodie Yung) to contend with but there's a new player in town who is taking the fight to the worst of the worst. His name is Frank Castle, and he is The Punisher. Newcomer Jon Bernthal (The Walking Dead) is taking on the role of Castle and you can see what he has to say about the character and his complicated relationship with Daredevil in this new behind the scenes video.

This all sounds like great stuff, and Berthal is a brilliant choice for the role. He and Charlie Cox' Daredevil both have different approaches to the same problem and it's going to be fascinating to see if these character grow more alike through this second season or if they continue to be significant enemies. It's reasonable to assume that Matt is going to have plenty of other foes to face off against so hopefully he can also earn some new allies.

All 13 episodes of the second season will be available on Netflix from 8am Irish time on the 18th of March.
