A two-year-old had an unbelievably lucky escape when he fell out the back of his grandfather’s van mid-traffic.

The heart-stopping incident, which happened in Suzhou in China on February 27, was captured by another car’s dashcam.

In the video, the white van stops at a traffic light and, suddenly, the boot pops open and the toddler rolls out as the van drives away.
