People actually showed up at the Spire to celebrate Leo's win

As we all know by now, Leonardo DiCaprio finally won an Oscar, much to the joy and dismay of the internet.

Joy because it was long awaited and, many felt, much deserved but there’s also a sense of ’what now?’ as one of the internet’s favourite memes is no more,

Anyway, in anticipation of Leo’s win, an event took off on Facebook calling for people to show up at the Spire in Dublin if he did, in fact, get his coveted Oscar.
