Watch as an e-cigarette battery appears to explode in man’s pocket

Security cameras at a store in the US have caught the horrific moment an e-cigarette battery seems to explode in a man’s pocket.

As Josh Hamilton, from Owensboro, Kentucky, was paying for his items and you can clearly see his pants burst into flames on the CCTV footage.

Store clerks were initially so frightened by the incident they believed Hamilton had a bomb in his pocket. However, Josh claims the explosion was caused by a spare e-cigarette battery.
