This tiny puppy has to wear children's socks to keep warm

Little puppy Arthur is in the care of the RSPCA after being handed in just a few weeks old, sick and suffering from hypothermia.

The teeny tiny puppy was taken from his mother at just five weeks old and sold, but soon encountered difficulties as he was too young to leave his mother.

By the time he reached the RSPCA he was in a bad way, scared, cold and suffering from stomach problems.
