WATCH: Activist attempts to confront TD, walks into a pole

Activist Andy Whelan was determined to get some answers from Labour TD Joe Costello on Irish Water for 'Revolution Republic News'.

TD Costello wasn't in the mood for talking however as he walked away from the media scrum with no comment.

Andy decided to take a stroll with him but he was the one doing all the talking.
