Entertainment news round up: Gwyneth Paltrow on Coldplay album despite break-up with Chris Martin

CHRIS MARTIN and GWYNETH PALTROW may have “consciously uncoupled”, but they’re still collaborating as musicians — with Paltrow singing on Coldplay’s new album.

The band’s frontman asked his ex to sing on A Head Full Of Dreams, alongside three-year-old BLUE IVY CARTÉR. Blue Ivy’s mum BEYONCE, NOEL GALLAGHER, and TOVE LO have all been previously announced as featured artists on the album.

“Everyone who got asked to sing on our album has an important part in our lives,” Martin explained to The Wall Street Journal. “I don’t want to get too hippie, but what I’m trying to learn in my life is the value of every human.”

Paltrow appears on the song Everglow. Other songs feature a “choir” of children, friends and family members.

DAVID BECKHAM has revealed his soppy side after admitting being close to tears on a Disney trip with his children. The father-of-four almost broke down watching fireworks with wife Victoria and their children Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 12, Cruz, 10, and four-year-old Harper.

He told People magazine: “Last night we were at Disney and I almost cried watching the fireworks.

“Victoria and I were there with the kids, and Harper sat on one knee and Romeo sat on my other knee and it was incredible. I got a lump in my throat, and they were like, ‘Daddy, are you okay?’.”

Beckham, 40, said he loves downtime with the kids most of all — and shared some precious memories: “My favourite part of the day is when all the kids are washed and bathed and we all sit watching the TV together with a cup of tea and the kids have hot chocolate.”

RACHEL WEISZ may be one of the world’s top actresses, but apparently her husband DANIEL CRAIG is “just too famous” for her to discuss their relationship.

Oscar-winner Weisz, 45, has always been secretive about her four-year marriage to James Bond star Craig, 47. “It would be a betrayal,” she told MORE magazine. “You have to protect your marriage.”

The Constant Gardener star added: “When you’re young, you tell your girlfriends everything. One of the great pleasures of not being an adolescent is that you don’t have to share everything. When you’re married, that door closes. The audience goes, and you’re in your own life.”

The pair were first linked in 2010 after meeting on the set of Dream House, and married in 2011.

JENNIFER LAWRENCE has admitted she got “really, really drunk” before filming her first sex scene with Jurassic World star CHRIS PRATT for their new movie.

The Oscar-winning superstar only filmed her first intimate scene a few weeks ago for sci-fi drama Passengers and said she didn’t know how to deal with it. Taking part in The Hollywood Reporter’s annual actress round table, Lawrence revealed: “I had my first real sex scene a couple weeks ago and it was really bizarre. It was really weird.”

She added: “I got really, really drunk. But then that led to more anxiety when I got home because I was like, ‘What have I done? I don’t know’. And he was married. And it was going to be my first time kissing a married man and guilt is the worst feeling in your stomach. It was just very vulnerable. And you don’t know what’s too much. You want to do it real, you want everything to be real, but then... That was the most vulnerable I’ve ever been.”
