Daniel Fleetwood has died after getting final wish to see new Star Wars film early

Daniel Fleetwood, a terminally ill Star Wars fan, whose dream to see ’The Force Awakens’ before he passed away was granted last week, has died at the age of 32.

Daniel first came to our attention when a huge online campaign kicked off to allow him to see the movie he had been waiting for all his life before he died.

Having recently been diagnosed with terminal cell sarcoma cancer he was told by doctors that he only had a few weeks to live.
