VIDEO: This heartless McDonald’s worker might make you lose faith in humanity

Sometimes it’s hard not to get depressed about all the horrible people in the world and watching this video is one of those times.

A guy working at a McDonald’s drive-thru draws a homeless man over to his counter with the promise of food.

Egged on by the occupants of a vehicle who film the whole incident, he calls out: "Hey Willie, come here. You want a sandwich?

"Come on and I’ll give you a sandwich man."

But when Willie, who looks to be in his 50’s or older walks over, the callous employee instead throws a drink over him.

The video was reportedly filmed in Detroit, Michigan.

It is made all the more upsetting by the laughter and encouragement of the people watching, who seem to find what looks like a very cruel joke highly entertaining.

We can’t imagine fast food giant McDonald’s being too happy with this behaviour from their staff.

Pretty sure they’re not loving it at all.
