This depressed and orphaned wombat makes an unusual best friend

Meet Tonka, the wombat from Magnetic Island, Queensland, who has melted everyone’s hearts due to his choice of best friend.

Tonka was just a baby when his mother was hit by a car and killed.

Since then, he has suffered a second heartache, after a cyclone hit his home, off the coast of Townsville.
