WATCH: Batman vs Superman and Man of Steel scenes connected up match perfectly

Comic-Con and the world went nuts last weekend when we got a full length trailer for the new DC Comic’s blockbuster, Batman vs Superman.

The trailer itself featured scenes of Bruce Wayne in Metropolis at the time of the huge battle between Superman and General Zod.

A YouTube video has emerged - courtesy of user Long Rangel - which has merged the scenes from Man of Steel and the trailer from Batman vs Superman and they run perfectly together.

The extended sequence is only a minute and a half long but it gives us a glimpse at one of the scenes which will be the focus of the sequel to the 2013 smash hit.

The next instalment of the DC franchise will focus on Batman has he tries to take down the 'god-like' super hero Superman as he fears the actions of the 'saviour' of Metropolis.

Batman Vs Superman: Dawn of Justice will be released on March 25, 2016.
