PIC: Boy has 4" centipede removed from ear

Grant Botti, a 14-year-old boy from Arkansas, woke from his sleep on Monday night with a terrible pain in his ear. By Tuesday morning it was excruciating.

According to his mother, Angela, he came running down the stairs for help but couldn't exlpain what was wrong.

He began fidgeting with his ear and this little critter peeked out.
