VIDEO: Investigation launched after man cruelly jumps onto back of unsuspecting wild moose

Animal cruelty officials in Canada have launched an investigation after a video emerged online the week of a man jumping on and riding a wild moose.

The man, egged on by a group of friends, can be seen standing on the edge of a speedboat following the struggling moose as it traverses a lake. After that he brutally leaps onto the unsuspecting animal's back.

He can then be seen riding the poor moose as one of his friends shout "I've never seen anything so awesome."
