Man accidentally registers for World Series of Poker tournament, wins $81,000

A man who accidentally registered to the wrong tournament at the prestigious World Series of Poker event ended up taking the top prize of $81,314.

Christian Pham thought he had registered for the $1,500 Texas Hold 'Em game - in which players are dealt two cards each. But when he sat down at his table last week, five cards were placed into his hand.

It was only then that Pham discovered he had accidentally registered for the no-limit deuce-seven lowball - a game he had never played (or heard of) before.
