It’s been over 10 years since Jodie Kidd quit the catwalk, but as the face of a Cork-based sportswear line, a busy family life and work on TV, the former supermodel shows no signs of slowing down, says Deirdre Reynolds.

It’s almost a decade and a half since Jodie Kidd quit modelling, but as she strides into the five-star Castlemartyr Resort in a simple black T-shirt, jeans and the requisite celebrity sunglasses, it’s clear that life is still a catwalk for the 6’2” blonde.

At 36, the mum-of-one still has the willowy figure and voluptuous pout that transformed her into one of the most in-demand mannequins of the nineties as a schoolgirl.
