VIDEO: Wayne Rooney fails in duet with Ed Sheeran … again

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney is pretty good pals with music star Ed Sheeran and the duo attempted a duet in New York over the weekend.

Now anyone that knows the Robbie Williams song Angels, will agree it is a tough one to sing for even the most talented of vocalists.

Rooney, who is in the England squad that will face Ireland on Sunday in Dublin gives it his best shot, but we think his latest attempt at getting on stage deserves a second yellow card and a subsequent red.

His first offence came last November when he attempted a version of Sheeran's mega-hit Lego House with the star in a Manchester pub.

He received a caution for that showing and we believe he may need a three-game ban for his total failure with the microphone this time around!
