VIDEO: The terrifying moment flood waters burst into a Texas home

Texas is having a tough time of it as heavy rain led to widespread flooding and damage over the Memorial Day weekend.

17 people have been killed and more than a dozen people are missing. Nearly, a foot of rain fell in a few hours causing rivers to rise.
