VIDEO: Maura Derrane serenaded live on air by Republic of Telly host

RTE Today Show host, Maura Derrane, was all smiles yesterday after she was serenaded by none other than Republic of Telly host, Kevin McGahern.

The Cavan native, armed with his ukulele, wrote his melodic serenade on the train from Dublin to Cork prior to his appearance on yesterday's show.

Have to say we were pretty impressed and judging by Maura's smile we think it may just have made her day.
