VIDEO: Golfer makes near-impossible shot on final hole at the Masters

On Friday, in Round 2 of the Masters, JB Holmes made a near-impossible shot to wow the crowd on the 18th hole - which you'll enjoy whether you like your golf or not.

Taking a chip shot from the outside the putting green, Holmes put the ball straight in the hole with some unlikely use of physics - and setting the crowd to jumping and delivering high-fives.

Since being posted to Reddit yesterday, the shot skyrocketed to the top of both the sports and golf subreddits, clocking in over four million views for a single GIF.

Unfortunately for Holmes, he was already out of the tournament, and there was no way for him to progress. Still, if you're going to fail, it's nice to do so in a blaze of glory.
