PICS: Satellite imagery shows off how clear it is over Ireland today
The first satellite image shows little or no cloud cover over Ireland this morning at 11.45am.

Met Éireann have also released a second infrared picture at 12pm that also shows the lack of grey skies over the nation.

The forecasters are predicting it will be a bright and fresh sunny day, with temperatures ranging between 9-11C.
Although, Met Éireann are saying that strong winds from the southwest will bring wet and gusty conditions early tonight.
A status yellow wind warning also remains over most of the west of Ireland and will remain in place for most of the day as well as the night - gusts of between 90 to 110 kms are expected later.
