Man leaves heartwarming note and tip in honour of his late brother’s birthday

This man does something very special every year on his late brother’s birthday.

Wes' favourite meal was hot dogs so to honour his birthday, he goes to a restaurant, orders some hot dogs - and leaves a tip equal to the age Wes would have been.

On March 8th this year, he would have turned 36.
