Health Minister’s birth certificate throws up a question

Health Minister Leo Varadkar visited the Rotunda Hospital today where he got a copy of his birth certificate.

He tweeted a photo of the document which described his birth weight as 'average'.

His birth weight? 3.83kg, or 8lbs 7 ounces.
