the ominous prediction of ’worst blizzard ever’, but it did manage to bring out the goodness in some people in Boston.

Philip Hillman, who was staying at the Charlesmark Hotel in the city, saw that someone had cleared the snow from the area where the Boston Marathon bombings occurred in 2013.

Hillman told the "Today" show in the States: "I thought it was a powerful image when I looked at it. I've been a resident of Massachusetts my whole life.
