Traffic warden under investigation for issuing parking fine to a wheelie bin

A traffic warden in the Welsh town of Carmarthen is under investigation after issuing a £30 fixed penalty notice to a wheelie bin.

The incident was spotted by local salesman Mike Jones and has been widely picked up by news outlets.

Jones has said he saw the unnamed warden talking to residents after they were upset with a wheelie bin left on double yellow lines.
