VIDEO: Amazing aerial shots of County Limerick’s Lough Gur in the snow

The snow was a bit if a hassle for many people and caused a lot of transport problems around the country, but it did leave us with some stunning imagery.

The man behind the stunning Limerick City of Culture aerial video has created this video of a rural winter wonderland.

Tony Grehan filmed these images of Lough Gur and Grange earlier in the week when the snow was at its thickest in County Limerick.

The ancient site of Lough Gur is noted for its stone circle and monolithic remains and is a beautiful place to visit all year round.

However, this video captures it in a rare white beauty.
