VIDEO: TV reporter gets hit on the head by flying skateboard

It’s a thankless job being a roving TV reporter, traveling at short notice to random places, dealing with the public and being prepared for all sorts of on-air shenanigans and all while remaining calm and composed.

And they have to put up with the vagaries of live TV - being licked, accidentally swallowing flies on air - and now being hit in the head by skateboards.

Yes, spare a thought for Australia's Seven News US Bureau Chief Mike Amor. Poor Mike was whacked in the back of the head by a flying board while reporting from a skate park in Los Angeles.
