Video: How’s this for a U-turn?

Lithuanian driver, Leonid Papachin, got a two-year suspended sentence and was fined £85 for attempting the turn onto the M6 motorway in Staffordshire after driving the wrong way down a slip road.
The incident arose because his cash card wasn't accepted as payment at a toll booth and he couldn't explain the problem to staff due to the language barrier, so he turned back to perform the illegal manoeuvre.
