WATCH: Benedict Cumberbatch’s perfect celebrity impressions

It turns out that if recently-engaged Benedict Cumberbatch didn’t have his good looks (and legions of female fans that go with it), he could have become a voice actor.

Cumberbatch was on tour promoting his new film, The imitation Game - about the efforts by Alan Turing to crack the Enigma code in WWII - so, naturally, MTV asked him to try his hand at genuine imitation in their recent interview.

And holy god, the man's good. He's obviously been taking Sherlock's mastery of disguise seriously.

True, he was thrown by Christopher Walken, but Walken's voice is so distinctive it's one you would need to have prepared.

If you've never seen him read Lady Gaga's 'Poker Face', you're in for a treat.
