Munster's unbelievable 12-0 victory over the all conquering All-Blacks that day is one of the most iconic days in the history of Irish sport.

Guinness have re-imagined the day with archive footage and classic photographs as part of their 'Made of More' advertising campaign.

In order to gain an understanding of the mindset it took for the Munster players to conquer New Zealand, Guinness has brought Ireland manager and Kiwi Joe Schmidt on board alongside highly respected sports psychologist Dr. Mike Gervais.

Gervais is also on hand to share his experiences of the importance of motivation and team mentality with the Irish camp and Team Ireland rugby psychologist Enda McNulty ahead of the Guinness Series internationals.

Gervais said: "The Munster story is both an intriguing and inspiring tale of how a group of individuals with the right mental attitude and character can overcome the odds. I was delighted to meet with Joe Schmidt and his team to discuss this wonderful tale with one eye on Ireland's upcoming GUINNESS Series matches."

Schmidt, who enjoyed RBS Six Nations success with Ireland this year said: "The new Guinness ad certainly captures the imagination of what a group of players can do with the right mental preparation and physical application. It's been great to have the opportunity to meet with Mike and discuss the many ways that good mental preparation can enhance physical performance."

The ad will air on Irish television tonight.
