They say a Lannister always pays his debts and now that too can be said about Harry Potter.

Daniel Radcliffe pays a debt to the Dublin minor football team

Actor Daniel Radcliffe wrote a note to the Dublin Minor Football team in which he thanked them for paying his taxi fare on a night out in Dublin.

The night in question happened two years ago when the actor ended up back at a house party with the team after their All-Ireland victory back in 2012.

Radcliffe recently met up with the team and got a signed personalised football jersey from them.

Former Dublin minor centre-back, Conor Mullally tweeted a picture of a letter from Radcliffe and a €50 note attached.

"So, thanks again for paying for my cab", the letter read.

"I couldn't live with myself if I didn't honour my word and pay you back.

"Once again, great meeting you all. Hope this covers it."

What an absolute gent!
