Shape I’m In: Paul Linehan, Frank & Walters

PAUL Linehan, lead singer with the enduring Cork band the Frank & Walters, is in creative mode.

“We’re getting ready to record another album shortly — it’ll probably be released next year,” he says. “The style is a mixture, with a ’60s kind of soul in it. It’s more laid back than our last number of albums.”

The upcoming production is very much an extension of his own inner world. “Everything I write reflects how I feel. Some days I’m mellow and some days I’m not.”
