Will Forte: from US comedy to the west of Ireland

Saturday Night Live’s Will Forte relishes his dramatic roles in Nebraska and his latest film Run & Jump, says Alan O’Riordan.

COMEDY actor WILL Forte misses frozen yoghurt. Sure, he likes the granola and Greek yoghurt concoction he’s been given on a busy morning in Dublin, but it’s no substitute for the frozen stuff. “I want you to say we only talked about yoghurt, but there’s a better conversation to be had,” he says. We start with his unlikely casting in director Steph Green’s debut feature film, Run & Jump. It is set in Ireland and Forte is in town to promote it.
