It's D-Day for Microsoft Windows XP today

The support for Windows XP expires today. Jessica Kelly outlines the options for users.

THE end is nigh. That’s right, as of today — April 8th, Microsoft will no longer support their operating system Windows XP.

XP was launched back in 2001 amid much hype and remains one of the most popular operating systems, with around one third of PCs in the world using the 12-year-old system.
