Dromoland antique fair is a good place to truffle for collectibles and quality items, says Des O’Sullivan.

Leafy Dromoland Castle in Co Clare is the venue for a two-day antique fair today and tomorrow. No less than 15 members of the Irish Antique Dealer’s Association will be present alongside other leading dealers with everything from antique furniture and Irish art to silver, medals, vintage items and a wide range of collectibles.

This is one of the most popular events in the annual calendar of Hibernian Antique Fairs.
