The Shape I'm In: Vogue McFadden, DJ, model and TV presenter

Trouble is that Brian wants the same comfort food: chilli con carne.
“He would probably eat that every day if I cooked it — but I’m so sick of it. So I’ll cook it for him and then I’ll have my own dinner,” says Vogue, 28, who, on Twitter, describes herself as a DJ, model and TV presenter.
The couple, who married in 2012, work between London and Dublin and don’t spend more than a night apart. “It’s worked out quiet well for us, so far,” says Vogue.
The Fade Street star has her career sights set on TV. “That would be my career dream and, this year, to do a lot more DJing — I’d like to get into clubs in London.”
When in Ireland, Vogue McFadden uses GoCar, a car-sharing club, which operates in Dublin and Cork. There are 54 GoBases, supported by a fleet of 62 GoCar vehicles.
I just finished the Ju-tox Diet. It’s run by a company which sends you juices for three days. I’ve been quite unhealthy up to that — not eating the foods I should be eating. It’s a good way to kick-start being good again.
Every time I’m back in Ireland, I do well because I go to the Fitness Agency, in Howth. I can be quite lazy if I’m on my own.
I’m planning to keep up the green juices in the morning. I try to stick to a lowish carb diet, but I can’t do without carbs. I just think you’ve got to do everything in moderation. I don’t ever find myself really craving something, because I allow myself to have what I want. I have small portions.
Old-school sweets, like Spinner bars. I also love King crisps and Cadbury’s chocolate — I think Irish chocolate is the best in the world.
I’m a very big planner, so I like to be really organised, and if I’m not then I won’t get to sleep. Ever since I was able to dress myself, I laid out my clothes the night before. Sometimes I’d go out looking a bit of a mess.
By taking my dog for a walk. This weekend, me and Brian are going to take it easy and sit in, get a takeaway and watch movies together — I love horror movies.
Marilyn Monroe, Elvis, Jimmi Hendrix, Brian and my dad — he died three years ago, aged 57. There would be living people I could invite, but if I had to choose a few, I’d rather invite the dead — it might be my only chance to see them.
Jo Malone’s Rose. I also love the smell of freshly cut grass — it means it’s warm outside.
I don’t think you should change — you were born the way you are. If you start changing one thing, you’ll want to change a thousand. Nobody is perfect.
The other night — I was tried and hungry from doing the detox, and I was trying to book a flight to London for the next day, and it wouldn’t work so I started crying like a wimp.
I tend to freak out over little things and I could take a chill pill the odd time.
I don’t like selfishness and nastiness in people. Also, rudeness.
I do — to make sure I’ve got my spot in heaven. There are few people who do and I’ve got to make sure they are looked after. I believe in God.
When I get home to Brian today — I haven’t seen him since 7 o’clock this morning.
