Sharp work could fetch over €10k

A LANDSCAPE by British artist Dorothea Sharp (1875-1955) is the highlight at Hegarty’s sale in Bandon next Tuesday at 7pm.

Sharp work could fetch over €10k

Sharp was an honorary member of the St Ive’s School of Artists and this fresh-to-market work from a private collection in Schull, depicting a goatherd with goats, is estimated at €10,000-€20,000.

Much of this sale is made up of the estate of the late Frank Whyte and it features paintings, furniture and European porcelain.
