Running ragged trying to find my sole mate

I think in many ways it’s important to have a running shoe that you are proud to wear. I know the important thing is comfort and support, but I disagree that prettiness can have no part in shoe selection.
There is a reason they don’t all look the same. Newbies to the running game often don’t realise that there are different shoes to suit different types of runners, and the wrong shoe could cause a spate of injuries in the form of blisters, shin splints and even knee or hip trouble.
