There is a good selection of antique furniture on offer at Hegarty’s sale in Bandon at 4 pm tomorrow.

The sale features contents from Brook Cottage, Innishannon, the former residence of artist and potter Helen Grace Waldman.

There are contents from a town house in Skibbereen and a one-owner collection of 30 clocks. A Victorian nine-piece drawing room suite (€2,500-€5,000) and a Regency two door bookcase (€2,000-€4,000) are among the furniture highlights. Other lots of note include a Victorian dining table (€1,200-€1,800), a George II mahogany chest on chest (€1,500-€2,500), a 19th century console table (€1,200-€1,800), a Cork bow front five drawer chest (€800-€1,200), a George III sofa table (€1,200-€1,800) and a French 19th century display cabinet (€1,000-€2,000).
