Chaises longue and day beds from East Grove have estimates of €100-€200, a set of antique library steps is estimated at €100-€300, and a 19th century oak rent table is estimated at just €300-€500. Two large Victorian pitch pine bookcases are estimated at €1,000-€1,500 each, and a marine painting is estimated at €300-€500.
There is a collection of books, some modern furnishings, jewellery, and silverware.
